I am playing the piano        

 He is reading a comic         

They are watching T.V.       

SUBJECT + VERB TO BE IN PRESENT NEGATIVE + MAIN VERB+ING

I am not playing the piano       
 He is not reading a comic        
They are watching T.V.           

VERB TO BE  + SUBJECT + MAIN VERB+ING ?

Are you playing the piano?       
 Is he reading a comic?             
 Are they watching T.V.?
